While the bespoke nature of our production means we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, your satisfaction remains our absolute priority. Should your selection arrive in less than perfect condition, or if you experience a rare manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a complimentary replacement to be dispatched with priority.
